It has been a Total learning experience, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything you did.

We had quite the ordeal with selling our old home and getting into our new one - if it was not for Connie's I am not sure where we would be right now.

We put our house on the market, we had a contact within seven days! Due to someone on the buyers' end dropping the ball we did not know until two days before were were supposed to close that they could not find the deed and a new had to be drawn up (it takes about 30 days)! We had to live out of boxes that whole time and had our fingers crossed that we did not lose the contract on our new home. Once we were able to close on our old house we had to move into a hotel for what we thought was going to be just a few days. Well, do to poor communication from our lenders (a whole other story) we ended up being in the hotel for almost two weeks and was becoming unsure that we may even get the new house. This was a very stressful time to say the least! But this is where Connie showed us what she is made of! During the process of drawing up the deed Connie gave us updates daily and even called each day to the people responsible, making sure it was being worked on. When we were in the hotel Connie worked in the back ground calling banks to help push along the verifying of our funds and acted as a liaison between us and our lender (making sure they were doing what they were supposed be doing). She even helped with getting my son enrolled in school in his new school. We appreciated all of the things Connie did to help the process move along. The one thing that made her just wonderful in our book is that through out this entire process, on most days she called to make sure we were okay. She would call me in the morning before work to see if we needed anything, could she do anything, and that we were mentally okay. Because of her good reputation and repour with the selling agent of our new home we were able to not lose our contract! Connie has been doing this a long time and her experience, professionalism, reputation is like no other. Along with all of the above she is a great human being that really cares about her clients. This was second time working with Connie and we will always look to her for any of our real estate needs. We highly recommend Connie to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
